Eric took those snooze-fest classes we all have been to, heard of, and suffered through, and he made it pertinent, relatable, and engaging. As a cop that doesn’t have a history in the fire service- he knew enough about us to call our BS out. He didn’t walk in and bark orders about right and wrong, but instead just asked us to look from a different perspective and the difference that made on my outlook on the job… career saving.
