3rd time taking this class, and it never disappoints. Extremely pleased to see that we opened it up for not just for Batt Chiefs and Captains, but for our firefighters now! Knowledge is power and learning from our past is the Fire Service way!
Relevant and up to date information/ case studies. Even more important class now than before, especially with todays climate and challenges facing the Fire Service.
