I am very interested in making the fire service a place where new hires, that are not of the old-school firefighter’s mold, can thrive. In the past when we have had training about how to be a supportive work environment and it has gone poorly. I believe your message landed well with our group. Your message will help me be better. You clearly know us and we know and trust you as well. I feel hope that we can build an environment that I will be proud of. I am thankful that you came to visit us.
